Ryusen" is an exquisite Junmai Daiginjo sake, made by carefully milling "Yamada Nishiki," a suitable sake rice, to 35% of its original size. It undergoes an extremely low-temperature fermentation process and is matured by collecting only a small amount of the drips and storing them at icy temperatures.

This exceptional Junmai Daiginjo sake received the first-place award in the "SUPER PREMIUM" category at the renowned "SAKE COMPETITION 2019," the world's largest Japanese sake competition. The label features a design of two dragons and a spring, symbolizing the fourteenth generation of Ryusen, carved by the renowned Hong Kong sculptor, Master Chen Jin Rong.

"Ryusen" is the highest-grade sake among the fourteenth generation's offerings, making it an extremely sought-after and rare sake.
